![]() Victorian Extravaganza - May Bank Holiday Weekend The Victorian Extravaganza is a 3 day event held every single year - usually in the May Day Bank Holiday. The event, which attracts over 100,000 visitors to the town over the course of the three days, is a mixture of old transport vehicles and new fairground rides. A Victorian style parade with brass band music is another one of the showpieces at this event with something for everybody!! |
![]() Llandudno Celtic Winter Fayre - November There will be over 100 stalls offering a glorious selection of authentic foods and crafts, all undercover in marquees and wooden cabins located in and around Mostyn Champneys in Llandudno. The 2007 event had over 30 food & drink stalls plus a full French market with 25 stalls from Normandy and Brittany selling bread, pastries, cheeses, wine and cider, tartiflette, olives, honey pastries, dry fruits, loukoum, crêpes, garlic prawns, saucisseson, barbecue sausages, Brittany biscuits, chocolates and sweets. |
Llandudno Festival - July The programme of events in the summer's festival is extensive and varied, comprising lunchtime and evening concerts interspersed with generous portions of morning and afternoon street entertainment. Welsh dancing, Tai Chi, Welsh harp, jazz, line dancing, jive, salsa, ballroom dancing, keep fit, close harmony quartets, wheelchair sports demonstrations and morris dancing are all on the agenda at venues throughout the town |
Llandudno Farmers Market - Last Wednesday of Every Month Located on the outskirts of Llandudno, the Farmers market is easily accessible from any part of North Wales. The market is held here on the last Wednesday of every month, and offers all who visit the opportunity to purchase good quality fresh local produce. No shrink-wrapped packaging, no unnecessary additives. Just plain old-fashioned GM free fresh produce. Take home the freshest of vegetables, quality local cheeses, jams, honey and of course the tastiest of Welsh meat.

Llandudno Transport Festival - May Bank Holiday Weekend The Llandudno Transport Festival is held on the sea-front showground in one of the most picturesque bays of the UK. Llandudno is Wales' largest resort and famed for its Victorian style and Edwardian elegance. The Transport Festival is the largest in Wales and one of the U.K.'s best-loved events. It is held in conjuction with the Victorian Extravaganza. Costume, vintage fairground and a host of attractions combine in a unique annual celebration of transport and entertainment heritage within the town. The two events are linked by a free shuttle-bus service. |
Golf in North Wales Graham Moore Golf Professional
Set up in 1990, Graham Moore International Junior Golf Academies, although based in the Northwest of England are in operation all over the world. They offer children of all ages and abilities an avenue to develop their golfing ability and their personality as a whole. This is in line with Graham’s belief that, “in order for any golfer to fully maximize their golfing potential they have to have the basic structures ingrained at a young age.”
